1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • 30+ days before departure: 100% refund of total package cost (if paid advance, after basic booking service charge deduction of Rs.1000/person)

  • 29-15 days before departure: 50% refund of total package cost (if paid advance, after basic booking service charge deduction of Rs.1000/person)

  • Less than 15 days before departure: No refund

  • No-show: No refund

2. Cancellation by Us

  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to natural disasters, political unrest, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will offer:

    • A full refund

    • Option to reschedule the trip (based on availability)

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Any cancellation fees incurred by third-party services (e.g., hotels, airlines) will be passed to the customer.

4. Booking Modifications

  • Requests for date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
