Pricing and Inclusions
Prices mentioned on the website are per person and may vary depending on group size, travel date, and availability. The cost generally includes accommodation, transport, meals (as specified), and basic ground support. Any inclusions or exclusions will be clearly stated in your final itinerary.

Payments
Payments must be made via approved channels such as bank transfer, UPI, or third-party payment gateways. Full payment must be completed before the start of the tour unless otherwise agreed in writing.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically fit for the chosen travel package. We strongly recommend consulting your doctor before participating in high-altitude tours like Kedarnath or Badrinath.

While we strive to deliver a safe and seamless travel experience, Highlighters is not liable for delays, natural disasters, political disturbances, or any third-party failures such as hotel or transport providers. In such cases, we will try our best to provide alternate solutions.

Travel Insurance
We recommend all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, health emergencies, and baggage loss. Insurance is not included in our packages unless specifically mentioned.

Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
